1. Who we are

2. The service

Renderist creates images (renders) from the photos, sketches and screenshots you upload and the instructions you write.

Renderist is opening soon. Until then you can create an account, and we will email you when the service starts.

AI output can contain mistakes. Check every render before you rely on it, for example in a quote or a building decision.

3. Your account

You must give a working email address and keep your password safe. You are responsible for what happens in your account.

You must be at least 16 years old to use Renderist.

4. Free trial and paid plans

A new account gets 5 free renders. Free renders carry a watermark and are meant for trying the service.

Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance. Prices are shown on the pricing page. You can cancel at any time, and the plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.

If you are a consumer in the EU, you have the rights the law gives you, and nothing in these terms limits them.

5. Your content

You keep all rights to what you upload. You give us permission to process it only to provide the service to you.

Upload only images you have the right to use. Do not upload content that is illegal or breaks the rights of others.

We never use your uploads or renders to train AI models.

6. Renders and license

On paid plans you may use your renders for any purpose, including commercial work for clients. Free renders are for personal testing.

7. Acceptable use

Do not try to break, overload or reverse engineer the service, and do not use it to create misleading images of real people or property.

We may suspend an account that breaks these rules.

8. Liability

We do our best to keep Renderist running, but we cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.

9. Changes and law

We may change these terms. We will tell you about important changes by email before they apply.

Polish law applies. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the law of the country where you live.
